Four geographic service zones

Some ZIP codes are divided by street, county, river, island, or road boundaries. The estimator identifies those codes and requires manual address confirmation.

Zone 1

$65 per visit

Central Portland, Lake Oswego ZIPs, Milwaukie, and listed inner-metro areas.

Zone 2

$105 per visit

Beaverton, Tigard, Tualatin, Gladstone, Gresham, Happy Valley, and selected boundary areas.

Zone 3

$145 per visit

Outer east metro and listed Vancouver-area ZIP codes.

Zone 4

$185 per visit

Specific portions of Wilsonville, Sherwood, Camas, and Washougal requiring address review.
