Portland Cat Sitting is a Cats in the City service. This policy explains how information may be handled when you use this website, the ZIP and estimate tool, contact links, and connected client-portal routes.
Information you provide
You may provide information when checking a ZIP code, building an estimate, sending an email, calling the care team, or entering the Cats in the City client portal. Depending on the route you choose, that information may include contact details, service address, dates, number of cats, care frequency, medication or procedure needs, home-access notes, and other information needed to evaluate or provide care.
Estimate-tool information
The ZIP and estimate tool uses the information entered in the browser to calculate a nonbinding estimate from the published service-zone and adjustment matrix. An estimate is not a reservation, service guarantee, final quote, or confirmation that a particular procedure, address, date, or care plan can be accepted.
Client portal
New-client registration and existing-client login links lead to the Cats in the City client portal operated through Precise Petcare. Information submitted in that portal is handled under the portal provider’s systems and the Cats in the City client relationship. Portland Cat Sitting does not display portal passwords or payment credentials on this website.
Attribution and analytics
The website may preserve common campaign-attribution values, such as UTM parameters, advertising click identifiers, and the referring Portland Cat Sitting route, during the browser session. When technically supported, those values may be appended to a client-portal link so Cats in the City can understand how a visitor reached the booking pathway. The site may also use standard hosting, security, traffic, and performance logs.
