New client pathway

Create the care profile before the first visit.

The client portal holds the household, cat, veterinary, medication, access, and reservation information the care team needs to review the request.

Registration begins the review; it does not guarantee dates. The team must confirm service area, staffing, access, visit frequency, medication feasibility, and care complexity.
Complete the account carefully

Useful detail is part of safe in-home care.

The sitter should not have to reconstruct the cat’s baseline or emergency plan after the guardian has already left.

1

Create the household

Enter contact information, address, access, alarms, parking, and communication preferences.

2

Add every cat

Include photographs, age, health, food, litter, behavior, social patterns, hiding places, and carrier location.

3

Document medical care

Add veterinarians, diagnoses, medications, administration methods, timing, and emergency authorization.

4

Request dates

Submit the visit schedule and wait for the care team to review and confirm availability.

Open the secure portal

New clients register through Cats in the City.

The portal opens in a new tab. Return to Portland Cat Sitting for rates, neighborhood information, care-setting guidance, and educational resources.
